Here we are in 2011 year. Our company, Tritón Pardubice spol. s
r.o., has launched a fully automatic manufacturing line which can
be fairly called a twenty-first century production.
State-of-the-art technologies which were installed in two factory
buildings enable effective and high-quality manufacture of products
presented on following pages of this catalogue.
To be a prosperous manufacturer – that doesn’t mean only to have
own successful products. For our company, it makes up a complex of
many factors which altogether create an overall picture about a
company in the eyes of clients as well as end users. All products
made as Tritón-branded are always of our own design which makes use
of possibilities of upto- date forming technologies at maximum. A
combination of an invention with the present-day production ranks
our company among the absolute top in this branch which leads the
way both in technical and constructional solutions of the
products.
Our manufacture is a fully closed-circuit cycle which enables a
consistent quality control during the production process. All the
technological lines are adjusted for the series manufacture where
maximum output and permanent accuracy is focused on. The last
generation efficient energy-saving machines reduce manufacturing
costs and do not influence living environment unreasonably
negatively. Careful sorting and ecological disposal of all the
waste is a matter of course.
The constant manufacturing quality and high output is largely
influenced by the human factor. We place emphasis on a comfortable
working environment and a base support of employees. There have
been plenty of trees and ornamental shrubberies planted round about
the factory buildings to help to integrate the buildings into the
surroundings so that the picturesque face of the landscape is not
disturbed.
Company philanthropy is an integral part of a good reputation of
our company; it is oriented predominantly to public health and
education spheres or to victims stricken with natural disaster.
About us
The company was established at the beginning of the 90's in a city of Pardubice, which is situated in the centre of the Czech Republic. City history starts in the 13th century. Pardubice gradually became one of the main transport and industrial centres in the Czech republic. Company´s headquarters, main manufacturing department and a central warehouse are situated in a suburban area of Stary Materov. Branch office in Prague is responsible for sales in the area of the Czech republic. Foreign trade and export departments are located in Pardubice headquarters. Our main warehouse is located in a strategic position near a motorway, railway and a port.
Machine-tool production of 19"enclosures and accessories is performed by top-class machines made by Trumpf and Euromac companies. Semi-finished products are painted with a powder colour technology, which is suitable for our products. Pulverlac paint is suitable for creation of a hard and durable surface with a high mechanical and chemical resistance. The metal surfaces are cleaned and then chemically adapted to maintain high paint quality. No solvents are used during powder colour application in an electrostatic field. Regarding the colour, shade types without heavy metal and chromium compound are preferred. The company strictly insists on an ecological solution within the whole manufacturing process. Products are manufactured from recyclable raw materials. The painting technology uses a closed air circuit with minimal waste and energy. All the waste is carefully sorted and recycled. Assembling of our products and final control creates a further important aspect of the manufacturing process. Through the interconnection of all these operating methods we can guarantee the best final quality of TRITON products which are approved by TÜV certification.
